Leanbot Warranty Information

The Leanbot Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser who acquires a new product directly from the Leanbot Store or an Authorized Distributor/Reseller.

In the event that a Leanbot product is obtained from an Authorized Distributor/Reseller within the designated return/exchange time frame, any necessary exchanges must be facilitated through the original retailer. It is important to note that Leanbot products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered under any warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, you are required to contact the Authorized Distributor/Reseller within one year of the purchase date. It is possible that they may request proof of purchase prior to providing warranty service.

Warranty Period:

The “Warranty Period” specified above commences from the date of product receipt, with the invoice date serving as the reference point. It is imperative to retain your invoice as evidence of purchase. In cases where a valid invoice is unavailable, the warranty period will initiate from the date the product departs from the factory.

Warranty Coverage:

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by Leanbot within the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, take the following steps:

a) Repair the Product at no charge, or

b) Exchange the Product for a new Product, or

c) Exchange the Product for a refurbished Product that meets the original product specification.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:

a) Accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.

b) Improper operation or maintenance, usage not following product instructions, or connection to an improper voltage supply.

c) Lost parts that were originally supplied with the hardware product.

d) Normal wear and tear.
